Kelli Weatherby

Kelli is the co-owner of Accurate Automotive, Inc. in Mesa, Arizona, where she and Lee have spent more than 30 years building a business rooted in trust, relationships, and doing the right thing for customers.

After three decades in business, one of the greatest compliments has been serving multiple generations of the same families. When customers send their children, and sometimes even their grandchildren, to Accurate Automotive, it speaks volumes about the relationships built over the years. Around here, the goal has always been to build relationships first and fix cars second — although fixing the cars correctly is still a pretty important part of the plan.

Kelli believes customers should feel confident that the team will get to the bottom of their vehicle concerns with as little frustration, confusion, or hesitation as possible. Car repair can be stressful enough without feeling unsure about who to trust, so clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and genuine care remain at the heart of the business.

Kelli and Lee continue to invest in their own growth through ongoing education in business, economic trends, and leadership. Through 20 Groups, mentors, and industry relationships, they are always looking for ways to strengthen the company, support their team, and better serve their customers. After all, even after 30-plus years, there is always something new to learn — especially in the automotive world, where the cars keep getting smarter and the humans are just trying to keep up.

On a personal note, Kelli and Lee have celebrated 40 years of marriage and love spending time spoiling their five grandchildren, who range in age from 13 to 4. When she is not at the shop, Kelli enjoys traveling, being outdoors, playing sports, and bike riding with Lee to their favorite nearby restaurants — preferably within 10 miles, because fun is important, but so is the ride back home.

Kelli is grateful for the customers, team members, family, and friendships that have shaped Accurate Automotive over the years. Her passion remains the same: build trust, take care of people, and keep moving forward.
