Eric has been part of our team since 1997, when he joined us just shy of his 16th birthday. In other words, he has been around Accurate Automotive long enough to know where everything is, how everything works, and probably a few stories we are not allowed to put in writing.

Today, Eric serves as our Service Manager, helping take care of both our customers and our crew with steady leadership, patience, and a calm presence. Around here, we often say Eric is the calm to Lee’s storm — and together, they make a great team. Whether he is helping a customer understand a repair, keeping the schedule moving, or supporting the technicians in the shop, Eric brings a level head and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

His years of experience, loyalty, and dedication have made him an important part of who we are. Customers appreciate his honesty and communication, and our team appreciates the way he helps keep everything moving forward, even on the busiest days.

Outside of work, Eric and his wife will be celebrating 20 years of marriage this December, a milestone worth celebrating. As a family, they enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time at the beaches of San Diego.
